Rathin is responsible for the overall development and growth of America's Job Exchange and leads all strategic and operational efforts. Prior to AJE, Rathin was the General Manager of eCommerce division at Monster.com where he founded and led aggressive growth of the SMB targeted self-service channel making it the largest in the on-line recruiting industry. Previously, he was the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Standard Register, Senior Director of eCommerce at Kinko's, and a strategy consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group. Rathin earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, M.S. from the University of California at Berkeley, and B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology.

As Vice President of Advertising Products, Tyler is responsible for syndication, partnerships, and sales of media and career products for America's Job Exchange. Most recently, Tyler was the Managing Director of Syndication and Partnerships at Salary.com, the leading online compensation site, where he played a key role in its journey to a successful IPO. Previously, Tyler developed and managed the largest job posting engine, WhoToChoose.com, until it was acquired, and served as Founder/COO of IWS, Inc., an environmental technology company. Tyler holds an MA from the University of Massachusetts and a BA from the University of Florida.

Ashley is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction for America's Job Exchange. She and her team assist customers with technical and usage issues as well as ensuring that all facets of customer needs are being served. She comes to America's Job Exchange with a distinguished background in customer service from several leading organizations, online and otherwise, including Monster.com, WorldWinner.com, and Sheraton Four Points Hotel.

Arun is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the America's Job Exchange website and its technology development. Arun and his team of developers work with the product managers to identify and implement new functionality and enhancements as well as manage all aspects of data-exchange and technology operations. Previously, Arun was Engineering Manager at GlobalLogic where he managed the architecture and development of multiple web applications. Prior to that, he has worked with Fidelity Investments, Veritas Software (now Symantec) and HCL Technologies. Arun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.

Ned leads our inside sales team that uses a consultative approach to help customers maximize return from their investments in recruitment advertisement. Ned comes with background as a recruiter at StaffingNow and has extensive sales experience in leading on-line recruitment and technology companies such Monster.com and Hewlett Packard. Ned has a Masters of Business Administration from Clark University, and a Bachelors of Science from Keene State College.
