This position serves as the crossdock contact for handling of RMAs, CODs, cancellations, reorders, liquidation of distress merchandise and processing of claims.
Primary crossdock contact for the RMA creation, check in and follow-up. Ensures all aged RMA's are valid. Creates and enters RMAs and reorders for exchange orders. Communicates and follows up on Rma Requests. Assists other teams with inbound calls. Clears COD's ensureing no write offs. Processes liquidation shipments to the Outlet Stores and Salvage dealers on regular basis. Ensures Monthly inventory is received from each Crossdock. Prepares OS&D reports and files, follows up on claims. Clears crossdock load stage errors. Performs various duties as assigned. Ensures RMA's are closed inaccordance with Crossdock contractual requirement via 21/14 day tickler process. Communicates unaturhorized practices of Crossdocks to management. Ensures weekly status report and same day pick up logs are received from Crossdocks. Communicates potential RMA chargebacks to management on bi-weekly basis.
Knowlege of Scopes, Scopes Ar and NLC Claim credit system. Knowledge of how customer satisfaction is impacted by processing daily RMAs. Ability to produce queries.
