Retrieving a Forgotten Password
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the hyperlink Forgot your password? below every PASSWORD field. The Password Retrieval screen appears.
- Click on the E-mail field, and type the e-mail you established when you registered.
- Click on the RETRIEVE PASSWORD button. A confirmation message appears. You will receive your password at the e-mail address you supplied when you registered.
