My Jobs


My Jobs Overview

The My Jobs screen allows job seekers to manage job orders that they have saved. When a job seeker views the Job Search Job Details screen, he or she has the option of adding a job to his or her My Jobs List.

Building Your My Jobs List

You can build a customized list of jobs to make your search easier by using the My Jobs option on the Job Search Job Details screen.

On the Job Search Job Details screen, click the ADD TO MY JOBS button. The job that you are viewing is added to your My Jobs List.

Viewing Your My Jobs List

To view the My Jobs list, click on MY JOBS on the account menu.
Or
Click on the VIEW MY JOBS button at the bottom of the Job Search Job Details screen.
Or
Click the View My Jobs hyperlink at the bottom of the Apply for Job page.
Or
Click on the view all hyperlink in the My Jobs section on your My Account screen.
Jobs are listed by the date you saved them, newest to oldest. Jobs are automatically deleted from your My Jobs List after 14 days.

Using Your My Jobs List

You can sort your My Jobs List, view individual jobs, and delete jobs from the list.
Note: Jobs that you have viewed during this session are marked with a blue check mark. Jobs offered by Federal Contractors are marked with a blue bullet. Jobs that are offered by a third party are marked with an orange plus sign.

Sorting the My Jobs List

Click on the following column headings to resort the My Jobs List:
· Job Title - sorts jobs alphabetically by title
· Company - sorts jobs alphabetically by company
· Location - sorts jobs alphabetically by location
· Date Added - sorts jobs numerically by the date you added them

Viewing Individual Jobs

You can view the details of an individual job from the My Jobs List by clicking on the Job Title. The Job Search Job Details screen appears displaying the job you selected.
Or
You can view the details for multiple jobs by selecting the check box to the left of the Job Title, and clicking the VIEW button at the bottom of the Select column. The Job Search Job Details screen for the first job appears. Use the Previous> Job and <Next Job hyperlinks at the bottom of the Job Search Job Details screen to move through the jobs you selected.

Deleting a Job from the My Jobs List

    1. You can delete a job or jobs from the My Jobs List by selecting one or more check boxes to the left of the Job Title(s), and clicking the DELETE button at the bottom of the Select column. The Job Delete Confirmation screen appears.
    2. Click the DELETE button to remove the job from your list. The My Jobs List reappears with your list of job(s) and confirmation that the jobs you selected have been deleted.
      Or
      Click the CANCEL button to return to the My Jobs List without deleting the job(s).
