Editing a Job Scout


Once you create a job scout, you can edit the search criteria and the run schedule.

    1. On the Job Scouts screen, click on the Scout Name you want to edit. The Edit Job Scout screen appears.
      Note: You must enter information in the fields marked with an asterisk (*).
    2. Click on the Scout Name field, and change the name. The new name will replace the old name on the Job Scouts screen when you save your changes.
    3. Change the search criteria as necessary:
      · For Quick Search, see "Using Quick Search"
      · For Job Title, see "Using Job Title Search"
      · For Keyword, see "Using Keyword Search"
      · For Military, see "Using Military Occupational Code Search"
    4. Change the Job Scout run schedule by making a new selection from the Run Scout drop-down list. Job Scout will run the search as rescheduled, and e-mail you with updates.
    5. Click the SAVE button to save your changes. The Job Scouts screen reappears.
