Create Letter


The Create Letter function allows you to create up to five cover letters to send to perspective employers along with your resume.

Accessing Create Letter

Click on COVER LETTERS on the account menu, and then click on Create Letter.
Or
Click on the CREATE NEW COVER LETTER button on the My Letters screen. The Create New Cover Letter screen appears.

Creating a Cover Letter

    1. Click on the Cover Letter Name field, and type a name that identifies your cover letter.
    2. Click on the Position Applied For field, and type the job title of the position you are applying for.
    3. Click on the Letter Body text box, and type the body of your cover letter.
    4. Click the SAVE button. The My Letters screen reappears with a message stating that the cover letter has been saved.
      Or
      Click the PREVIEW button to see how the cover letter will appear to an employer.
      Or
      Click on the CANCEL button to cancel the cover letter, and return to the My Letters screen.
