Description:
The Turner e.docs Product Manager will drive earnings
growth through existing and emergent product initiatives
within our Turner e.docs suite of services. The
successful candidate will exhibit a passion for
innovation and the creation of new offerings, as well as
tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer experience,
collaborating across multiple functions and driving
business results for both the short and long term.
Requirements:
The Turner e.docs Product Manager participates as a
strategic partner in the development of Turner FMS
business growth, responsible for growing the business of
digital solutions for building owners within Turner s
$10 Billion/year construction sales portfolio.
Assimilate feedback from customers, partners, sales and
competitive landscape to incorporate into product/client
opportunities. Develop and provide timely and accurate
analysis of competitors and industry trends. Lead
product strategy and execution, driving business growth.
Demonstrate deep understanding of our customers, target
market and competitive landscape. Own execution of full
product lifecycle and end to end customer experience.
Translate strategic differentiators into innovative and
detailed product requirements. Develop product roadmaps,
competitive analysis, pricing models, opportunity
assessments, and value proposition. Serve as day-to-day
owner for detailed requirements and user stories for
development teams. Make smart feature (customer
experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience
using data and metrics to back up assumptions and
assertions of business value. Lead cross-functional
teams through influence versus direct management. Lead
client delivery on prototype solutions. Partner with
Marketing, Sales, IT, Service, and Support teams to
define and plan deliverables around product initiatives.
Be an evangelist for Turner FMS solutions through social
media, blogging and other public speaking engagements.
Demonstrate technical fluency and be comfortable
discussing user experience, design, features, benefits,
schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical
team members. Arm the technical sales team with concise
knowledge (competitive offerings, market landscape,
product positioning) to assist them in delivering rapid
and repeatable sales. Respond quickly to rapidly
evolving threats and opportunities. Demonstrate to
clients compelling uses for Turner FMS solutions. Direct
full-time, part-time, and consultant staff assigned to
support Turner e.docs solutions development.
