JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients. The position is critical to keeping good client relationships and ensuring future growth of the company.
?Reply to incoming calls and provide customer service to members and vendors that are calling into the system
?Be sure to verify status of the member and make changes to records as needed to maintain the systems standards
?Monitor inquiries concerning the timeliness of the membership accounts and renewals
?Maintain enrollment CRM and screen all forms and data for all paperwork received from new business and referrals
?Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through high level account management and brand / service awareness
?Receive, process and fill billing orders and confirm pricing as required and process return service reports
?Alert sales team of distribution issues so the field can better manage their customers and sales pipeline
?Provide budgets and financial credit to sales, billing and distribution to support efficiency
?Assistance customers in navigating the website and answer questions about services, pricing and availability.
?Work with internal departments to investigate customer issues, shipping errors and deliverables
?Complete error eligibility forms and processes error inconsistency report
?Screens data received from sales and service departments for account template transfers
?Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
?Request information and/or forms needed for auditing monthly reports
?Manage priorities and deadlines to ensure request and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
?Strong data entry experience required. Must be able to view record and copy it from another system.
?Some customer service experience helpful, but not required
?Positive and friendly attitude, at all times.
?Excellent communication skills and great writing ability
?Strong attention to detail
?Organization skills to manage multiple tasks at once
?Great interpersonal skills and able to deal with staff and customers at all levels
?You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling important records and sensitive data
