We are looking for a Technician Supervisor for our busy Burlingame Service center.















This is a busy hands on supervisory position that reports to the Service Center Manager and will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Service Center's Technical Service Representatives, assisting with QAI audits and client visits, assisting with the training of new hires (Service Representatives) and performing training duties with Service Representatives as well as assisting with open routes and vacation coverage around service work under the direct supervision of the Service Center Manager. The Technician Supervisor will also assist the Service Center Manager to achieve new portfolio sales and meet agreed upon baseline revenue growth objectives by assisting Service Representative's on business development activities and training.

























ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB









1 Maintain regularly scheduled route responsibilities, additional work requests and assisting with open routes and vacation coverage of service work.

2 Assist Manager in the development of Technical Service Representatives in all aspects of the job.

3 Create a positive relationship with clients.

4 Strong teamwork, teambuilding, training skills.

5 Visually inspecting and treating for pest, pest harborage, and pest entries

6 Responsible for assigned baseline sales target agreed upon by the SM and the Tech Supr.

7 Maintaining high service standards at all accounts

8 Participation in group meetings and account reviews

9 Completion of independent and group on-going training

10 Ability and willingness to work flexible hours

11 Being an interactive member in team work environment

12 May require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends

13 To facilitate a premium quality of Customer Service by our team members by utilizing best practices, products or procedures as indicated by training and operational manuals.

14 Execute policy and procedures in accordance to policy manuals.

15 Maintain a high degree of conformance to all applicable Health and Safety Procedures.

16 Provides a positive work environment for all team members

17 Provide new hires with a thorough, proper and timely orientation











































Education or Equivalency:









* Must get certified in all appropriate categories of pest management in states encompassed by the Service Center within one year of accepting the position.

* Complete the Purdue Correspondence Course.

* Complete of AIB Sanitation Course.

* Stay updated on Microsoft Office Computer Courses.



Experience Required:









* A minimum of two years successful experience as a Technical Service Representative as measured by both production and sales accomplishments.
