Are you looking for an analytical customer service support position? A well established, Aerospace company in the Temecula, CA area is looking for their next Contracts Coordinator!

This challenging position will:

?Load and maintain local, vendor, and GPO contracts; analyzing various aspects of the data to ensure all items captured
?Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and/ or edit formulas within the contract. MUST have strong experience with Excel!!!
?Promote a positive image inside and outside the company by providing stellar customer service.
?Communicate with the internal sales team regarding contract renewals, price increases, and gross profit percentages.
?Develop positive relationships with vendors to ensure the ability to obtain contract copies, extensions, membership lists, and rebate contract renewals in a timely manner to comply with price change notification requirements to mutual customers
?Effectively use verbal and written communication with Sales and Purchasing team members AND vendors to efficiently manage the contracts.

Other skills/ abilities include:
?Strong administrative & ANALYTICAL skills
?Excellent customer service skills
?Experience with Windows, MS Office, MS EXCEL (IMPORTANT!) data entry, scanning, filing
?Exceptional with numbers/math & MS Excel. Loving Math and Numbers is a HUGE Plus!!!!!
?Good communicator
?Must be reliable individual.
?Good organizational and multi tasking skills.
?10-key by touch
?Self Motivated
