The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for assisting the executive/management team. This is a fun and fast paced office with lots of growth opportunities!
-Advanced Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Manage 3 to 4 calendars and able to prioritize multiple tasks that are all a high priority!!
-Submit monthly expenses
-Assist with large meetings or event preparation for quarterly company meetings
-Plan and prepare material for conferences and meetings in PowerPoint
-Assist Executive team with any administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, or emailing correspondence to customers, clients, and other members of the company.
-Minimum of 3 years recent experience as an Administrative Assistant or Department Assistant required
-Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Concur experience highly preferred but not required -Bachelor's highly preferred
-Being friendly and eager to help wherever you can is extremely preferred
