Good math skills Duties

Prioritize each CSR's tasks for each day
Keep each CSR accountable for their day's production
Hold each CSR accountable for all information relating to their customers
Train incoming CSRs on all their duties
Maintain accountability for data reports and their inputs
Help the sales team distribute new business to the appropriate CSRs
Maintain an absent/tardy log for each CSR
Manage the amount of overtime worked by each CSR
Be able to address customer issues in the event the CSR is not able to handle the situation
Delegate accounts appropriately as to give each CSR ample work to do but not overload them
Take over CSRs desks/accounts in their absence
Understand each account that each CSR handles

Clearly understand the difference between Flexo and Digital printing processes
Working knowledge of press speeds, press times and production
Accurately estimate jobs in a timely manner for the CSRs to send out
Verify that all information is provided by the CSR in order to complete the estimate
Collaborating with the sales team and production team to provide accurate rates and margins
Communicating estimates and prospects annual potential with the sales team for new leads
Knowledge of pricing history for each account

Additional Manager Duties:
Attend all production meetings with updated information on the status of accounts
Attend all weekly manager meetings to discuss progress, reforms and special project updates
Provide feedback of live jobs to the management team and the production scheduler
Communicate effectively with the management team, production scheduler, plant supervisor and shipping department on you're the CSR department's expectations and customer needs
Perform annual performance reviews for all CSRs
