JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client in Orange is looking for a licensed Staff Appraisal Reviewer.
Pay rate: $24/hr, based on experience
Temp to hire
Full-time, hours 8-5pm, M-F.
' High school diploma, college degree preferred
' 3 years' experience as a real estate appraiser (HUD/FHA approved a plus)
' Excellent phone skills
' Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
' Organizational and analytical skills
' MS Word, Excel and internet skills
' Detail oriented
' Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and internet skills
' Type 45 WPM
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
' Review appraisals to ensure overall completeness, photo quality and accuracy of the appraisal report using the audit guidelines and the appraisal check list
' Complete the order within 1 day of receipt of the report, 2 days for extreme problems
' Contact the vendor to resolve any issues preventing the appraisal from being completed within the contractual TAT
' Process 'Conditions' as quickly as possible for final completion of the appraisal
' Provide client with status updates on deadline delays or any issue that prevents the order from meeting the contractual TAT
' Manage vendor and client customer service requirements
' Contact client to request access and procedure information
' Assist the Call Center as needed
' Assist Supervisor as requested
' Participate in interdepartmental cross training
' Expected to participate in overtime as directed
' Understand and support the company's goals and objectives
' Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
