SERVICE AREA OVERVIEW
Northside Hospital s Patient Care Administration supports nursing leadership in delivering optimal patient care through leadership, coordination, and consultation, and by developing and evaluating programs, standards, and clinical practice.
The Clinical Systems Super User will be responsible for serving as a unit based advanced clinical systems user and first-line staff support/resource for clinical systems issues concerning proper use, process flow, system adoption, and issue resolution during system implementations. In their daily responsibilities, the super user will ensure accuracy and maintain a high standard of quality in staff support as well as function in the role of a Registered Nurse. The superuser will attend classes and/or workshops to improve clinical systems performance and enhance nursing knowledge base.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) years experience in clinical area. Certified in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (BLS). Strong computer/mathematical skills preferred.
