ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF): Participate in comprehensive training and development program that prepares the incumbent for a career in retail banking. Incumbents will participate in rotational assignments, formal classroom training and experiential learning to develop their sales, business acumen and leadership skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: You'll hone your skills during a 12- month training program designed to prepare you for select sales and branch management positions. You will gain a holistic view of the retail branch network as well as other facets of Key Community Bank. During rotations, you will learn the various roles within our Key Centers, gaining valuable experience in sales, customer service and branch operations. Successful graduates will be eligible for positions in Branch Sales & Management. What the program offers: - Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge - Mentoring & coaching - Leadership development - Project Management skill development - Service excellence training - Networking opportunities - Exposure to senior leadership REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Recently earned a Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 3.0 GPA required (minimum 3.3 GPA preferred). - Relevant work or internship experience in sales and/or customer service. - Ability to learn quickly and take action in a fast- paced environment . - Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Effective Sales skills. - Strong relationship building skills. Employees in this job are required to comply with all rules and regulations of The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (The SAFE Act). Employees hired or transferring into this position will need to meet the qualification requirements, in Key's sole discretion, under Reg. Z, prior to acting as a loan originator in a consumer credit transaction secured by a dwelling. Qualification requirements include but are not limited to an assessment of overall financial responsibility, character, and general fitness through review of a criminal background check, credit report, and information about any administrative, civil, or criminal findings by any government jurisdiction. This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
