Credit Suisse is proud to announce the 2017 launch of Real Returns, a program designed to re-engage talented professionals and help facilitate your transition back into the workforce. Real Returns is a paid employment program that will run for 11 weeks, starting on February 20, 2017.

The program will offer a chance to:

* Be immersed in a paid, 11 week program with a cohort of experienced professionals like yourself
* Refresh your professional and technical skills via training and on the job experiences
* Work on a robust business critical project with strong leaders
* Engage with senior bank leaders and trusted mentors
* Develop new relationships and broaden your professional network

How You Will Benefit*

You will have the opportunity to experience the broad network of resources at Credit Suisse. Through the program, you will build new relationships and expand your professional network.

During your first week, you will participate in a series of orientation and training sessions to refresh your professional and technical skills to help you re-acclimate into the work environment. The sessions will cover topics such as leadership, presentation and networking skills, as well as recent business and regulatory changes in financial services.

To ensure that you have a successful transition, you will be aligned with a mentor who will provide guidance and advice to you during and after the program. You will also receive support from business leaders, human resources community and the Real Returns program team to facilitate your transition back into the workforce.The work environment may have changed quite a bit since you left. Real Returns opens the door for you to see what it is like today and find out what it feels like to come back while leveraging a strong support network. Credit Suisse cares about your future and can offer a valuable experience if you are ready to restart your career.

Compensation for participants will depend on experience and role. While you are engaged in the Real Returns program, you will have access to resources that will enable you to explore further employment opportunities upon conclusion of the program.
