Work with clients through all stages of the consulting life cycle: business development, assignment planning, data gathering, data analysis, developing solutions, generating recommendations, communicating results, and implementation and follow up. Gather required data, exhibit excellent listening skills, demonstrate analytic problem solving, present ideas clearly and logically, compose appropriately structured text, work with individuals at all levels, provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments and meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands. Qualifications A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Consultant candidates, including intellectual ability, excellent analytic skills, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, outstanding speaking and writing skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership. Basic Qualifications: Experience with using key analytic and computer tools, including spreadsheets and databases Ability to obtain a government security clearance Scheduled to obtain an Undergraduate or Graduate degree from a accredited college or university Additional Qualifications: Experience acquired through internships or study abroad programs Ability to show excellent academic achievement Possession of excellent leadership skills Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Prior military service a plus Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
