ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
Responsible for all aspects of processing accounts payable and effectively leading the Accounts Payable Department by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Manages vendor relations and all check disbursements along with related general ledger reconciliation and maintenance.
?Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
?Implements/manages paperless purchase order and invoice approval work flow solution.
?Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
?Coordinates the timely processing of large equipment and parts manufacturer invoices including balancing the statements.
?Coordinates the timely submission of vendor credit applications along with resale cards and Form W-9?s.
?Manages accounts payable team by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
?Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and management of the accounts payable department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities consistent with the company?s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
