JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY SF based privately held Investment Management Firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Fixed Income Group which includes a team of Investment Analysts, Portfolio and Client Service Managers.DUTIES:Assist in the production of a high volume of presentation materials for client meetings, industry conferences ormanagement visits by utilizing various software packagesUtilize PowerPoint and Excel to edit and update presentation materialsPrepare monthly and quarterly client reports as well as internal reportingPerform general office duties, including updating client contact information, photocopying, distributing reportsand filingCoordinate complex travel arrangements and schedulesPrepare materials for client visits and research tripsOrganize and submit for review expense reportsBack-up and assist other Administrative Assistants and the reception desk as neededQUALIFICATIONS:4 year college degree preferred?XMinimum 3 years of experience in a related position in the financial industry, fixed income experience a plusService-oriented individual who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, reliable, proactive, and team-orientedDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibilityQuick learner with a flexible attitude and a willingness to take on new projectsDemonstrated ability to follow established work processes and meet hard deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
