JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a large firm in Hampton Roads is seeking an Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks which includes providing a high level of service and support to new associates, attorneys and staff. Responsibilities will include maintaining schedules and calendars, coordinate travel, billing, print and organize documents, and assist on projects as needed.
Candidate should have a minimum of two years of professional/administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Candidate should be pro-active, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Some OT required. This is a great opportunity to gain law firm experience and grow you're career.
