* A restricted program in Reston, VA has an immediate need for a Systems Engineer to lead the standup and implementation of the AgileCraft tool for Agile Lifecycle Management\.The Implementation Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating execution of all facets of tool installation, administration, implementation, configuration, data transfer from the legacy Agile tool, and rollout of the tool including coordinating training and communication plan\. The Implementation Lead will work directly with the Release Train Engineer and Train Leadership, and will be responsible for ensuring that the AgileCraft tool is established to meet the Agile Release Train's process and reporting needs within a scaled Agile environment\.Candidate must be customer\-service oriented, have strong team and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi\-task\. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory\. The ideal candidate will be able to perform and complete tasks with minimal or no supervision\.This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on the qualifications listed below\.

* Bachelor's degree and two \(2\) years of experience related to Systems Engineering

* + Level3:
Bachelor's Degree and five \(5\) years of experience related to Systems Engineering
- At least 1 year of direct experience with Agile processes, preferably within an enterprise Agile environment utilizing SAFe
- Understanding of Agile development processes at the team level and train/portfolio level
- Experience configuring an ALM tool to meet the needs of an organization
- Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
- Ability to interact with users for support and troubleshooting with the ability to probe for understanding when working with team requests
- Strong analytical, technical skills, project management, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing; must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to problem solve and effectively relate to customer needs
- Demonstrated leadership experience building cross\-organizational consensus
- Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph
