Job Description

SHIFT: 3rd shift grave yard

Must have experience to operate Fuji NXT, CP and IP machines.
Monitor the machine placement.
Capability to operate X-ray and MP3 machines.
Perform offline set up and solder paste printing process.

Must be able to perform all AOI functions including scanning product on Vision 309 and Fusion machine. Must be able to operate the VRS machines for defect verification and also use scopes for verification and rework of defects; also must be able to operate the Post Etch Punch machine and the individual must be able to kit all the product and make travelers to send jobs to Lamination. Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the line width and space of the product being processed.

In addition this position will require experience in the following areas: In process Inspection, Final inspection and be able to help catch panels from Resist strip or developing machine

-Have experience with high volume PCBA manufacturing environment
-Familiar with IPC 610
-Able to identify the Components Value
-Able to read ECO
-Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
-Must be familiar and able to operate Automatic Optical Inspection machine
-Be available for overtime and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr/wk
-Be able to read English and communicate well with others
-Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
