Abbott Laboratories, located in Lake County, IL seeks a qualified application developer-collaboration technologies. Resp. for working closely w/business staff in order to identify & analyze business req’ments to be transformed into software solutions. Master’s degree in Comp. Sci. or an engg. field of study req’d (alt., emp. will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the above fields + 5 yrs of exp. of increasing skill & resp.), w/exp. in the following: (i) Acting as a team lead managing SharePoint development teams; (ii) performing development activities utilizing the Microsoft Collaboration Technology Share Point stack (.Net, ASP.Net, C#, XSLT, InfoPath, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, & PowerShell) to manage the delivery of business solutions; (iii) Developing custom publishing & collaboration solutions using SharePoint Object Model, CAML, InfoPath forms, & XML as development frameworks; (iv) Developing solutions thru evolutionary collaboration steps by the application of agile development methodologies based on iterative development, &; (v) Developing custom workflows using Nintex & Visual Studio.NET.
