And we revel in that opportunity.This position is expected to be a junior level sales representative responsible for providing support for NPWT in key growth markets at the discretion and reporting to the Director of Sales. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:In the Division as assigned by the Director of Sales- Acute care in-servicing/support- Product technical expertise- Inventory management/channel partner facilitation- Discharge process support; responsible for discharges in assigned territory- Home health follow-up and training per discharges from acute care- Long-term care follow-up and training per discharges from acute care
- Builds sustainable relationships with key individuals in Home Health, OR, Case Management, Materials Management, and Wound Teams
- Works collaboratively with the Device Representative to ensure successful NPWT trials and conversions
- Must become a technical expert in NPWT to support ongoing sales efforts led by the Device Representative
Required Skills
MS Office Proficiency required (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)Good written and verbal language skills requiredSolid analytical skills to analyze customer trends and assist in preparations of price quotesDemonstrated listening skillsPosition generally required sitting 30% of the time and 70% standing / walking. Occasionally requires lifting and carrying equipment and materials weighing up to 30 pounds.* Periodic overnight travel required (up to 30% overnight travel depending on territory and business necessity).
Required Experience

- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- 2-years previous selling experience, preferably business-to-business and in a health care related field
- Candidate must have the ability to educate others and in-service clinicians
- Periodic overnight travel (up to 30% depending on territory and business necessity)NOTE: *Candidates must live within geographical territory for consideration.
