AVP-Fin. Reporting Supv.

This position is responsible for assisting/managing Financial Reporting for the Company and Subsidiaries. Primary responsibility for preparation SEC filings of Form 10-K and 10-Q and related supporting documentation. In addition prepare and support various 8-K filings. Additionally provide accounting guidance related to certain financial reporting issues.



REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage the quarterly preparation and first level review of SEC filings.

Assist in supporting the day to day aspects of the independent registered accountant relationship (Ernst & Young).

Possess the ability to oversee the edgarization and related tasks in filing SEC documents.

Responsible for the coordination of the process and systems supporting the Company's XBRL reporting requirements.

Assist in drafting and revising the Company's financial policies to insure policies are accurately stated in compliance with GAAP and communicated clearly so that proper implementation can be achieved.

Work with line and BFO management to provide assistance technical and process accounting issues.

Assist in conversion to IFRS, revising the Companys financial policies to insure compliance with IFRS. Identify differences from US GAAP and assist the business lines in implementation. Partner with IT, Continuous Improvement and Business Lines to identify the differences in IFRS as compared to US GAAP and assist in implementation.

Participate in various special projects regarding one-time transactions, implementation of new accounting standards, and business process improvements.
