* This senior sales executive must have a disruptive hunter sales mentality and be able to open up new business in a named tier I Healthcare company or Telecom
* The successful sales executive in the role must be revenue centric direct sales growth executive able to take personal responsibility for building client brand
* Maintain senior level client relationships with a consultative and solution oriented selling style
* Create proactive pitches to client through deep understanding of client needs
* Qualify opportunities judiciously to focus the right resources on the opportunity
* Guide the deal team in shaping opportunities with a focus on winning them
* Meet and exceed sales revenue/ TCV targets, prepare accurate pipeline activity reports.
* Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities.
* Deal and contract management; develop and negotiate contracts; and understanding of financial models.
* Analyze customer trends, implications and develop strategies while maintaining tactical sales targets.
* Work closely with all internal stakeholders: delivery, sales management, operations, legal in the pursuit of client satisfaction and delivery profitability.
* Must be able to coordinate client RFP requests
* Stay up to date on all market trends and competitor intelligence.
