Cambridge Savings bank is seeking energetic and experienced Sales Managers to join our banking centers in Belmont, Watertown and Lexington. As an Assistant Vice President, Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching the banking center team in all aspects of sales, customer service and banking center operations.
In this sales position, you will be expected to meet inside sales, business development, and profitability goals by creating a branch sales culture, developing sales goals for individual employees, and coaching and motivating staff to meet these sales goals. Duties will also include working with the staff and the Business Banking Officers to provide quality service to prospective and existing customers.Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess three to five years' banking center management experience and/or at least five years' of proven sales and service management experience. Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services and successful business development experience is also required. The ability to coach and motivate staff to meet sales and customer service goals, as well as the ability to monitor and meet financial goals, is a must.
