When we deliver a life-changing medicine, that success comes from the combined efforts of all of our people. br br Reporting to the Sr Director Access Strategy for Oncology, the Leader, will be responsible for contributing to the overall development and implementation of access strategies and tactics to support the oncology franchise. More specifically, the Leader will support development and delivery of the product value propositions for patients, providers, and payers to facilitate access and reimbursement for AZ products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and working with New Product Planning, the Brand Teams, the MAPS team, other cross-functional partners to design, execute and measure OCG oriented marketing activities. This candidate will also work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Insight teams to ensure that marketing activities are integrated across customers, support overall brand objectives and the comprehensive patient journey. br br Accountabilities: br br * Works under the direction of a Access Strategy Director to develop and implement compelling and differentiated product value propositions across key market segments br * Assists in the creation and execution of specialty distribution strategies to secure and maintain access, reimbursement and affordability br * Collaborates with cross-functional team (HCP/Consumer) to identify rich market insights across patients, providers, and payers to inform comprehensive market access strategies, associated forecast assumptions, and aligned messaging across segments br * Leads the development of promotional plan, programs and tactics to pull-through market access strategy (eg. Training materials, selling resources/tools, and Field sales integration) br * Supports account management teams in customer strategy, planning, and execution (eg training, promotional tools/resources, and POAs) br * Effectively manages agency relationships ensuring promotional programs are delivered on-time and within budget br * Ensures alignment of strategy with sales organization to generate product demand and pull through br * Develops and manages associated budgets in compliance with AZ finance and accounting requirements br * Performs all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures br br Key Relationships Internal/External: br br br br * MAPS Functions br * Brand Teams br * Medical Affairs br * HEOR br * Legal br * Regulatory br * Compliance br * Field Sales br * Finance br * Agencies and other Commercial Vendors
