We're recruiting for an Account Coordinator to join the marketing team in our Fairfield, California office.
In the Account Assortment Coordinator role you will be directly responsible for creating planograms in order to create the most productive displays with best-in-class merchandising in order to showcase our premium product lines. A typical day involves heavy work in Excel, hands-on product merchandising, and collaboration with associates across the company at various locations. The responsibilities of the Account Assortment Coordinator include:
Create planograms in JDA system and coordinate activities with PRG Operations, Field Service Team, Sales/Retailer Communication, Fixture Supply Chain, PRG Creative (among others) to make sure all tasks are executed with excellence.
Measure product performance for appropriate products in key accounts; report findings.
Support product development process to meet unique needs of each key account; keep appropriate field people informed of process.
Execution of all fixture and visual merchandising projects in support of a specific business plan.
Drive development of account presentation materials as needed for product presentations, fixture and signage presentations, product display presentations and quarterly/annual/business reviews.
Assist Account Marketing Manager in presentations as needed; coordinate other internal corporate staff involvement in presentations as needed.
Additional duties as project needs necessitate. 1-3 years of prior retail/consumer product experience in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary due to the nature & level of interaction with peers and management.
Strong analytical, problem solving and math skills.
Knowledge of marketing principles.
Ability to work a team environment and to work independently.
Time management skills; ability to plan and organize daily workload; flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities; ability to meet deadlines
Independent; takes initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong PC skills to include excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
