General Purpose of The Job: Strategize and manage a team and assigned region. Responsible to grow sales through contribution margin dollars and contribution margin percent. Strategize and lead

Essential Job Functions:

* Manage existing & new customers

* Migrate tier clusters

* Review state level sales, promotions sales, contract sales

* Manage a sales pipeline

* Managing existing customers, new customer customers

* Communicate and collaborate with Managers on goals

* Build business relationships with assigned customer

* Taking the opportunity to prospect for new business and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers

* Aggressively prospect and close large opportunities through cold calling, and networking

* Work closely with national account managers to build new relationships within existing accounts and grow sales through new programs/business units

* Work with agencies to open doors with national accounts and win business directly from corporate groups

* Work with potential customers to develop, propose and sell all lab services

* Understand and effectively communicate RTLs products and service offering to customers and prospects

* Create, maintain, and provide effective, accurate and timely sales forecast and pipeline information

* Work with other individuals and departments within RTL in a team-oriented fashion, supporting a unified approach to delivering customer solutions

* Resolve any client complaints and execute concerns to Senior Management

* Individual lead qualifying, cold calling, prospecting, account planning, account management, and sales forecasting

* Process and respond to customer/prospect request for information and/or services

* Assist other team members in team sales cycle

* Follow up calls/emails to all prospects

* Achieve growth in the laboratory business with new and existing clients within their territory by pre-defined amount and margin dollars

* Achieve growth in the on-site business with new and existing clients within their territory by pre-defined amount and margin dollars
