JOB DESCRIPTION*ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE * CONTACT CENTER SOFTWARE FOR OUTSOURCERS
Our client, a Contact Center software provider and winner of numerous product, customer service and professional services awards is a Gartner, Forrester, IDC and Ovum "Leader" in their space.
Software revenues grew ~45% and they are expanding, building a team to target and sell to Contact Center Outsourcer or Business Process Outsourcers - BPO. Targets include: Convergys, Aegis, EGS, Sykes, Sitel and others across the US. If you have sold software to BPO companies we would like to share more information with you.
Ideal candidate will have a SaaS profile with CRM, Contact Center, Call Center, Unified Communications, IVR, ACD or similar software experience. Would love to hear from sales professionals from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Verint, NICE, Interactive Intelligence, Saleforce, Aspect, ShoreTel, 8X8, and Five9 for example

* 7-10 years ENTERPRISESoftware Sales experience
* EXPERIENCE SELLING TO BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCERS -BPO REQUIRED
* SOLD SAAS
* Evangelical Sales experience
* Demonstrated HUNTER, going after net new logos
* Track record of QUOTA ATTAINMENT
* GOOD CAREER MANAGEMENT, TENURE IN POSITIONS
* Domain Expertise in the CONTACT CENTER, CALL CENTER, UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS, CRM, IVR, ACD OR RELATED TECHNOLOGY STRONGLY PREFERRED
* Disciplined, formal sales process; Customer Centric Selling preferred. Challenger Selling, Strategic Selling or Solution Selling as alternative
* Errors on the side of ACTION VERSUS INACTION - GO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* TYPE A PERSONALITY
* BS DEGREE - preferred in business
* Virtual, Home based office
* Territory: Central and Eastern Regions
* Proficient in the Microsoft suite: Word, Outlook, Powerpoint. Literate with Web presentation technology i.e., WebEx or similar. Proficient in CRM, SFDC preferred. Linkedin user
Compensation: commensurate with experience,
Base Range: $110k-$120k / $240k OTE, uncapped, PRESIDENTS CLUB AT 100%
