Position Summary
Swank HealthCare, a division of Swank Motion Pictures, Inc., is a leader in entertainment and education for hospitals nationwide. We provide in-room movie programming featuring the latest box-office hits and classic movies for patients' entertainment. Swank programming allows healthcare facilities to provide around-the-clock entertainment to patients as well as customized content based on movie selections. Additionally, Swank HealthCare distributes accredited medical continuing education to civilian acute care hospitals and the US Military as well as Government Agencies and provides patient education related to health and wellness. We provide exclusive licenses to our customers to satisfy the copyright protection needs and distribute movies and programming from such producers as Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, DreamWorks Pictures, United Artists, Universal Pictures and Sony Pictures. This position will focus on partnering with healthcare facilities across the country to sell staff education programming. The position is primarily inside sales with approximately 30% - 40 % travel and will be responsible for creating sales leads and maintaining client relationships.

Essential Functions
Sells the staff education programs and services via telephone following strategic marketing mailings. Research contacts and networks to reach the Decision Maker (Administrator or Director of Education), listen to the prospect needs, demonstrate the value of the programs using the website, place timely follow-up calls, send proposals and close sales. Primary accountabilities include:
- Assist with development of the annual sales plan.
- Research decision makers (website, specialty, etc.).
- Qualify prospects and recognize pertinent buying criteria based on value.
- Close sales with professional and accurate sales proposals.
- Utilize a database called Salesforce.com to reflect current and accurate prospect information, sales conversations and scheduling outgoing calls.
Experience
We require proven prospecting and inside sales success. Successful candidate will have experience contacting customers and building relationships on the phone, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a motivated self-learner who keeps abreast of market developments and trends, devise and manage telephone campaigns to increase sales, profile customers and maintain customer satisfaction. This position will prospect 50+ customers daily by phone as well as maintain service with existing customers. Bachelor degree required.
