Account Executive

We currently have multiple positions open for highly energetic and experienced IT Staffing Account Executives who have a proven track record selling Information Technology (IT), Engineering or Healthcare IT Staffing services and solutions. TCM is located in Norwell, Massachusetts approximately 15 miles south of downtown Boston. POSITION DETAILS: Position: Staffing Sales / Account Managers / Account Executives / Relationship Managers / Business Development ManagersLocation: Norwell, MaType: Full TimeCompensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus + BenefitsNumber of Positions: 5 Role and Responsibilities ** Identify new clients for providing direct staffing solutions ** Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients *Maintain and build relationship with the existing clients** Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams ** Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations. ** Manage and develop relationships with consultants. ** Meet revenue and bottom line targets ** Report on daily basis to sales leadership on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports ** Travel to meet clients to help improve relationships and business ** Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate with other department personnel as and when required ** Ability of capture specifications on requirements and articulate to recruiting team Qualifying factors ** 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales in IT Staffing industry** Direct client Sales / Business Development, preferably from IT, Engineering or HealthCare IT industry ** Aggressive in nature, consistently meeting sales targets ** Solid understanding of staffing business, sales process and recruitment process **Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements. ** Strong communication and presentation skills ** Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit ** Strong problem solving/analytical/critical thinking skills and negotiation skills ** Good team management and coordination skills Education Bachelor Degree Degree or sufficient experience to offset degree To Apply:All final applicants will be required to undergo a background investigation and drug test.
