Job Description

An amazing opportunity to work on 2 luxury Spirits brands, straddling both lifestyle and retail disciplines you ll become versed in both concurrently. You'll be an integral part of yearly brand planning, mastering and refining your strategy skillset. You need to adopt our work-hard, play-hard mentality as we like to have fun working on these brands yet know there is a tremendous amount of rigor needed to keep at top of the Spirits category.


The Account Executive is primarily responsible for assisting the account team to meet and/or exceed client s expectations, managing the day-to-day details of the below the line plan implementation and monitoring competitors.


* Supports Business Leadership (BL) team with brand and strategy needs both internally and externally

* Crafts account maintenance documentation including but not limited to meeting agendas, conference reports, weekly status reports, hot lists, creative workflow tracker and more

* Coordinates all meetings, brainstorms, etc

* Assists in management of ad hoc requests from agency partners and brand teams

* Supports BL team throughout planning process including:

* Helping manage inter-agency team collaboration to confirm cross-communication of any issues/details to ensure consistency across brand

* Assisting as needed on authoring and developing all POS, social and event brand plan deliverables, including securing assets, data points, etc

* Maintains a current working knowledge of relevant competitive and category landscape by:

* Monitoring news daily, working with internal research/strategy teams to obtain relevant research updates and insights, sharing with Clients accordingly

* Researching and authoring a monthly competitive newsletter that is distributed to Clients and interagency teams

* Oversees all budget and billing including:

* Opening job numbers and POs

* Generating estimates, securing signature approvals and processing in a timely manner

* Processing all vendor invoices

* Helping updated brand budgets on a weekly basis, sharing with Clients monthly

* Liaising internally with finance to review billing, updating budget spreadsheets accordingly

* Assisting in estimating/billing/actualizing for ad hoc requests

* Works with BL team to insure all marketing materials handled by Momentum are approved by legal, liaising with respective legal partners in the creative development and production process as needed to secure legal clearance

* Responsible for trafficking proofs internally to secure creative, proof-reading and business leadership approval; Helps coordinate Client approvals as needed

* Assists in coordination of event management and associated logistics

* Assists in social community management content development and implementation

* Keeps Business Leadership Senior Account Executive/Account Manager appropriately involved and informed on all major aspects of accounts, reporting to him/her and agency management on the progress of day-to-day business

* Manages server maintenance and file organization

Required Skills


* 2+ years of relevant professional experience

* 1+ years agency experience

* College graduate, or in active pursuit of same

* Solid communication skills written and verbal

* Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business

* Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities

* Demonstrates history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team

* Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow

* Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value

* Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and generating estimates
