We seek a dynamic and driven account executive with demonstrated experience and a passion for maximizing profitability with independent accounts to join our Naturalizer team.

We seek people who:
Develop business strategies to achieve key account revenue and profitability objectives
Effectively partner with Demand Planning to create sales forecasts
Maximize brand awareness, executing effective marketing strategies for key accounts
Drive net sales and profitability by monitoring sales trends and inventory for accuracy and discrepancies
Identify new accounts, quickly maximizing opportunities and anticipating needs of key accounts
Monitor account budgets and forecast returns, allowances and advertising funding

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years account management experience required; footwear preferred
3+ years Retail/Wholesale experience
Strong analytical and negotiation skills and solid business acumen
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible with ability to prioritize, work proactively and provide self-direction
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple competing demands
Strong attention to detail and proficient in retail math
Ability to travel (70%)
