Account Executive is responsible for promoting and driving the sales cycle of global fulfillment services. The Account Executive will interface with key stakeholders across operations, sales, customer service and senior management roles. In this position, you will develop and implement a strategic forecast to acquire new customers and develop their use of client services to achieve and exceed your target revenue goals. RESPONSIBILITIES ?Identifies prospective customers based on information from industry associations, partner relations (e.g. shopping cart vendors), trade shows, Internet Websites, and other sources. ?Follows up on leads generated by marketing but is responsible for driving lead generation via a variety of client programs (e.g. campaigns, attending trade shows, partner relations, local networking, etc.) and self generated entrepreneurial efforts. ?Partners with client Sales Representatives for effective lead qualification to Account Executive workflows. ?Develops a sales plan to bring in a target number of new leads and manage each through to closure; possess a 'hunter' mentality.?Matches customer needs and concerns with the benefits provided by client services. ?Possesses or develops the knowledge and expertise to offer value added solutions to customers. ?Maintains accurate opportunity notes and information about prospective clients throughout the sales cycle (using Salesforce.com). ?Assists customers with setup of their account and coordinates technical resources when advanced configuration of a client?s shopping cart is required. ?Sustains multi-level, cross-discipline relationships across a customer?s relevant departments to insure continued use and growth of client services. ?Monitors customers? interactions with our Customer Care group. ?Provides feedback to our engineering group on how our product can evolve to better serve the current and future needs of customers. ?Closes business. That?s right, we?re looking for performers who can put numbers up on the board. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ?7-12 years selling SaaS solutions - preferably in the e-Commerce arena.?Consultative selling approach; listening for pain points and constructing ways to solve that pain through our platform.?Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously.?Ability to position client services against direct and indirect competitors. ?Discipline and work ethic to build and refuel a sustained pipeline that generates predictable results. ?Ability to effectively manage sales interactions via telephony and remote demonstrations (e.g. Go To Meeting/Webex/Webinar) with the ability to effectively manage information flow via e-mail correspondence. ?Knowledge of fulfillment services terms and offerings and the ability to create a win-win scenario. ?Ability to orchestrate the closure of business on dates consistent with the accurate understanding of prospects? needs.
