Our client, a large, growing organization is looking for Account Executives to join their team in the Western and Northwestern Suburbs of Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI, as a full-time employee. As an Account Executive, you must have the ability to listen to the customer, gather their business requirements and create a unique, customized solution building a long-term continuous partnership. This position is responsible for selling a variety of office technology solutions including hardware, software, and Managed IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, enjoy working with technology products / services and be a competitive, entrepreneurial, self-directed individual who can grow sales in their territory. In this role, you will: Use a consultative sales approach including: Customer development, Relationship building, Needs analysis, Preparing and presenting proposals; Demonstrations; Creating new business opportunities; Networking contacts; and calling prospective customers. * 2+ years of experience in inside / outside technology solutions sales, preferably in a business to business or technology based organization.
* Ability to generate new business leads and convert them to sales opportunities; definite hunter skills..
* Flexibility to travel frequently to client sites within the territory.
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Critical thinking, ability to create unique solutions to the customer's specific needs.
* Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
* Driven, competitive, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, self-directed and excellent presentation skills.
