JOB DESCRIPTION

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Department: Sales
Reports to: National Sales Manager
$40K + Commission
Direct Hire
Full time hours

*Inside Sales
*Experience selling tangible products, not services
*Medical Sales experience a plus

SUMMARY:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead through close. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base. Works within the sales support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:
-4-6 years of sales experience
-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
-Willingness to travel
-Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
-Must be able to pass a background check

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Services existing accounts, obtains and submits orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet and buying trends.
-Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers with the ultimate goal of exceeding sales growth goals.
-Accurately submits orders by navigating the company website for product detail.
-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
-Recommends changes in products and service by evaluating results and competitive developments.
-Coordinate customer events such as vendor demos and promotional parties.
-Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in various trade shows and industry events.
-Provides historical records by maintaining sales data.
-Manage time efficiently to maximize results
-Strong understanding of merchandising
