3-5 years of stable customer service experience
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Must be skilled at providing superior customer service with incoming and outgoing calls
Ability to find first call resolution for the customer
Clear communication skills in a professional manner is a must

Bilingual Spanish preferred
Type 50 WPM
Microsoft Suites proficient - strong Excel a must
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
