Develop and nurture client relationships; maintain positive working relationships to develop an intimate understanding of the customer s program, goals, objectives and strategic direction
Provide consulting expertise and solutions to the customer that align with their program goals and incorporate industry best practices and lessons learned from other customer experiences
Act as single point of contact with client; manage all client communications including recurring status meetings
Respond timely to client requests for data and/or program information
Develop and maintain all client information including communication plans, contact data, contract data, and program information
Monitor and manage contract scope, following a project change control process when applicable
Monitor account service level agreement and ensure service level agreements are met
Communicate program data to client and analyze program information to provide the client meaningful insight regarding trends or opportunities
Lead new client implementation projects and client requested projects
Manage account financials including review of account financial reports on a monthly basis to ensure labor and expenses are accurate; communicate contract changes and provide billing and accrual information to Finance monthly
Support contract renewal process by conducting pricing analysis and contract negotiation
Support business development process by providing input to proposal process including Request for Proposal (RFP) review, pricing support, and proposal content
Liaison between client and operations team related to process changes, policy changes, customer service issues, file interface issues, payment process issues, volume concerns, and personnel changes
Conduct root cause analysis for all program issues that occur, thoroughly communicate issues with the customer and methods that will ensure that a problem will not reoccur
Communicate client concerns and issues to Director and/or Operations Manager
Develop recommendations and solutions to address client concerns or program changes
Proactively identify opportunities for client expansion and escalate to Director and Business Development
Display a complete understanding of and ability to articulate GP Strategies profile, offerings, and value proposition for all GP Strategies operating groups



Bachelor degree in a business relevant field and five years client management experience
Experience in training administration or education administration related field preferred
Possess strong financial and project management skills
Technical aptitude and experience managing projects or programs that involve a technical or system component as part of the service provided; prior business analysis experience preferred
Highly skilled in both verbal and written communications; including the ability to negotiate and facilitate discussions between internal staff and clients, present information, and respond to questions
Proven experience in identifying new business development opportunities within an existing account
Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities and client deadlines
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong follow through skills, relentless attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative in identifying solutions and continuous improvement opportunities with the ability to develop ideas into executable plans
Demonstrated analytical ability to identify, assimilate, and analyze information from multiple sources, and draw an accurate conclusion and action plan based on the information gathered and experience
Experience being in a self-directed work environment and proven ability to define priorities and tasks with minimal guidance

Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Experience: 3-5 yrs
