ABOUT THE POSITION To deliver on this goal, Octagon is looking for an Account Manager to plan and oversee consumer and dealer engagement for a nationwide tour providing premium vehicle experiences and test drives to key consumer targets. The AM will lead and manage all aspects of consumer and dealer engagement including CRM strategy development, consumer communications development and implementation, content capture, and oversight of program partnerships. The Account Manager will also be required to travel to support events.

Role & Responsibilities:
. Oversee all CRM, consumer communications, content capture, and program partners
. Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure teamwork and optimize implementation of communication timelines
. Oversee consumer creative, list development/targeting, communications plan and timeline, response analysis, and metrics tracking
. Oversee development of dealer communication and integration plan including direct dealer engagement and consultation
. Coordinate social media plan, implementation, and tracking
. Track event results and assist in preparing market and program summaries
. Manage program staff including full-time consumer experience staff and part- time event staff
. Oversee creation of program guides and training materials for staff and program partners
. Develop key client relationships and execute deliverables
. Support analysis and evaluation of all program vendors and partnerships
. Serve as program lead onsite at select events
. Other related duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU . Bachelors Degree in a related field and 5-7 agency/client experience
. Automotive industry, consumer communications, and/or mobile tour experience preferred
. Ability to manage relationships with multiple internal/external vendors, suppliers, etc.
. Supervise, manage and mentor full-time and limited-term program staff
. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines, work under pressure, and manage budgets through reconciliation
. Excellent communication, writing, and client service skills
. Experience in document writing including status reports, recaps, industry/competitive analysis
. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
. Willingness to work weekends and nonstandard hours
. Valid drivers license and clean driving record
