This position resides under the Partnership Development team within the Consumer Credit Card line of business. The position is responsible for managing our strategic accounts, including all Co-Brand, Affinity, and Agent Bank relationships. The position will be evaluated on portfolio profitability, new account acquisitions, purchase volume growth, and outstanding loan balances.

Key Activities include:

Portfolio Management - 90%

* Portfolio strategy development and execution - Develop long range plans that seek to achieve specific growth objectives

* Financial Management - Responsible for the justification and appropriate allocation of marketing funds for all acquisition and engagement campaigns

* Analysis -Use internal and external data analytics to analyze the business to achieve/exceed established goals

* Marketing campaign development - Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all Commerce program. Collaborate with key stakeholders (Acquisition & Engagement teams) to incorporate best practices and established processes to maximize marketing campaign results

* Product positioning - Develop and execute messaging that communicates the product value and benefits to the target market(s)

* Strategic partnership development and relationship management - Cultivate a deep relationship with partner organizations to drive new accounts, spend and profitability

Product Development - 10%

Manage a cross-functional team to development and launch new credit card products for template Affinity partners

Required Experience:

* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field

* 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and/or Financial Services

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Excellent presentation skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Detail oriented

* Ability to collaborate

* General knowledge of the lending and payments industry
