The Account Manager is a primary point of contact with our clients. They release the sales force from managing daily issues and strengthen the relationship between the company and our clients. The Account Manager will determine the clients most crucial needs and strive to carry them out ensuring first-class customer care and service.

Essential Functions:
*Establish strong relationships with various individuals within each client
*Act as interface between customer service and sales
*Conduct new client set up meetings with internal employees
*Introduce clients to web tools before launch of new program
*Arrange Event Management and various BOL programs for clients
*Review processing reports with new clients for the first 30-45 days
*Build customized reports for sales and clients
*Train clients on implementation process
*Issue routing instructions on as-is needed basis
*Initiate collection call on new clients when necessary
*Compile and analyze clients reports for cost savings opportunities, identify consistent problems with overcharges, EFE reports, UPS late fees, and W&I's
*Approve excessive overcharges
*Negotiate rate relief with carriers
*Make proactive calls to clients each month to determine ongoing client needs
*Provide recommendations regarding marketing improvement, retention tools, and procedures

*Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office Software: Outlook, Word, and Excel
*Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using professional etiquette
*Must have strong organizational and 'follow-up' skills
*Demonstrated ability to work as a team
*Ability to provide sound problem solving
*Ability to pay excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
*Experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data

*High School Diploma or GED required, college degree a plus
*Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or related environment
