ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Manage a high volume of customers in their on-going account management needs
* Cross-sell and up-sell WAND's product portfolio within assigned customer accounts
* Discover and educate new stakeholders
* Proactively position positive business outcomes to the customer's current business problems
* Meet and strive to exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
* Balance being the customer advocate and the face of WAND
* Champion contractual agreement compliance by all departments and customers
* Maintain ongoing customer communication and reports
* Host meetings with the appropriate internal resources for each assigned account

* Maintain and enhance customer relationships, retain existing business, assist with identifying new opportunities to support sales growth and/or discuss ongoing activities

* Connect with all assigned accounts on a regular basis to obtain satisfaction feedback and ensure future success with the relationship; execute quarterly business reviews

* Manage customer contact information in WAND systems

QUALIFICATIONS

* A Rock Star attitude for exemplary customer service and attention to detail
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present via phone, webinar, and in person
* Demonstrated knowledge of customer care and ability to cross sell and retain customers
* Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time (requires valid driver's license and clean driving record)

* Good skills and abilities pertaining to:

* Customer service and empathy in sensitive situations
* Active listening and interpersonal skills
* Establishing and maintaining working relationships
* Conflict management/dispute resolution

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in business preferred
* Recent experience providing high-touch customer service is required
* Proven cross sell and up sell experience preferred
