Mobile Solutions is a high growth provider of Mobile Expense Management services based in Centennial. Through our SaaS offering we help companies reduce the cost and more efficiently manage their mobile environment.

Our growth has created the need to add to our account management staff. You will be assigned a number of current clients and your primary objectives are to retain and grow the relationship. The retention part is easy as 97% of our clients renew their agreement with us. You will need to be comfortable establishing relationships remotely as all of your activity will be over the telephone.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible to proactively maintain and optimize cellular accounts of all sizes. This will include but is not limited to: holding monthly meetings with your clients to make them aware of cost savings areas, as well as ways to prevent overages, provide the client with monthly reports and customer service to streamline their mobile processes and provide support based on each client's needs to ensure a high level of customer retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* Maintain/assist with current Mobile Solutions Clients
* Ability to take on clients in the range of 50-10,000 lines
* Putting together Rate Plan Changes
* Checking Real Time Usage for clients
* Knowledge of all Carriers Rate plans
* Knowledge of current phones/accessories
* Ability to negotiate with carrier on behalf of the client
* Able to work in team environment
* Monthly bill reviews with Clients
* Develop client relationships for customer retention
* Upselling

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

* Previous experience in the telecom space
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Detail oriented
* Creative thinking/ability to think outside the box
* Self-motivated
