JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Florida region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service HVAC products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). We currently have an exciting Account Manager - HVAC Parts & Supplies position based in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Generate sales related to HVAC Factory Authorized Parts (FAP) & aftermarket parts and supplies in an assigned territory.
Partner with the Area Manager and Sales Centers in the assigned territory to support the sales growth of HVAC parts & supplies.
Maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers
Analyze, develop, execute and monitor sales programs for effectiveness and market penetration.
Demonstrated performance history in HVAC sales and new market development;
HVAC Parts & Supplies experience highly preferred.
Strong business/problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated self-starter
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Must have strong PC skills and above average Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and other web based applications
Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years experience. AA/BA Degree preferred.
No relocation will be provided for this position.
