For more information, visit us at http://www.pgi.com. Job Summary:Sell and market Premiere Global Services dynamic line of products and services to existing Corporate Accounts clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in order to identify and sell the company services which best fit their needs. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in order to handle client service, sales and customer care issues effectively and efficiently for the client. Responsibilities:Fosters new opportunities with existing client base through farming activities:Manage a Corporate Account base of approximately 50 to 100 accounts.Conduct information sessions with clients to provide information on services available. Set up presentations with client contacts. Lead discussion during presentation; discern needs. Follow up with client after presentation. Analyze and understand the client needs to successfully determine the appropriate solution. Touch base with clients on a regular basis to build rapport and understand additional needs and capitalize on sales opportunities. Act as a consultant to clients on current offering of products. Conduct conference calls to demo service components to clients.Collaborate and manage team relationships internally for various client needs.Retains existing clients:Partner with Sales support team to handle current client issues. Communicate with client on the status of issue until resolution is determined. Manage the accounts of existing clients by providing full service following point of sale. Communicate with clients on a regular basis to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with service(s) purchased. Develop and maintain account plans for top client accounts.Execute coordination activities internally.Work with internal non sales departments to resolve business issues.Completes required administrative functions:Achieve sales goals set sales manager.Close sale and process Customer Service Agreement. Report sales activity in sales database. Participate in educational sessions on a regular basis to keep abreast of current offerings. Attend demo sessions of services available. Complete required reporting and other team activities.Enter activity into required company database programs on a regular basis.
Education:Bachelors degree Experience:5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or conferencing industries or SaaS businessKnowledge, Skill, Abilities: Effective relationship building skills with assigned client base. Extensive account knowledge and current use of Solutions. Consultative communication skills to identify communication needs, problems, pain points. Ability to build rapport with the client in person and over the telephone. Working knowledge of product features and benefits. Presentation and meeting facilitation skills through conferencing products. Clear, concise, and effective communication skills with a C-level audience (includes CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Presidents, etc.) through multiple media options. Impeccable work ethic, high integrity. Excellent organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
