RESPONSIBILITIES:

*

Develop strong positive relationships with customer based upon communication, mutual trust and ability to meet the customer needs
*

Manage properties by inspecting and locating problems in the landscape before the customer brings to our attention (anticipate).Define a resolution that is within customer's needs and budgetary parameters
*

Frequent and timely communication with customers
*

Provide candid feedback on customer relationships and perspectives of the products and services being provided
*

Maintain job costs per guidelines and assist in meeting profitability goals
*

Meet or exceed established sales goals for contracted work and extras
*

Prepare and present proposals in complete and professional manner according to company standards.
*

Ensure all estimates are prepared and approved as needed prior to presenting to customer
*

Respond to all inquiries and requests for bid in timely manner
*

Assist in measuring properties and contract renewal process
*

Maintain record and tracking of all proposals
*

Represent company at various events and organizations
*

Participate in various industry associations
*

Support production team in maintaining a safe working environment
*

Constantly pursue new ideas which could be implemented
*

Manage personal effectiveness (competency, trust, communication, etc.) to maximize sales opportunities and development of customer relationships
*

Provide and maintain excellent customer service - Maintain customers

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be capable of working outdoors and visiting job sites on a regular basis

Turf management experience - preferably 3years or more
