JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking for an experienced, technical sales professional to join our Account Management team. The role will be varied and involves working in a stimulating, fast-paced environment to support our client's sales force.
* Perform product demonstrations
* Ensure an extremely high level of customer satisfaction
* Build and nurture relationships with key contacts in the industry
* Support a team of sales people
* Assist clients with system set-up
* Gather requirements from users
* Test new functionality
* Ensure system meets market functionality expectations
* Present to a varied audience including C-Level executives, traders, middle and back office users and IT staff
* Analyze needs for new and existing clients
* Analyze gap of functionalities for clients
* Train business users
* Plan the strategy of our product release
* Conduct analysis of competing technologies.
* Train key internal stakeholders
* Devise demonstration agenda and implementation
* Work with Sales to identify additional opportunities for increasing volume and revenue from the existing customer base
* MINIMUM 5 YEARSexperience
* Looking for A VIBRANT PERSONALITY
* MUST have TRADING SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
* We should look for someone from a SIMILAR VENDOR
* PERFECT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
* Must have OUTSTANDING CLIENT PRESENTATION SKILLS
