JOB DESCRIPTIONACCOUNT MANAGER - TECH CLIENT SERVICES
Our client is a rapidly growing Cyber Security industry leader with a great reputation and strong brand recognition. They are seeking an Account Manager to support clients in adoption and usage of their product to promote customer satisfaction and new business growth.
* Discover and document best practices
* Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers
* Provide training to customers to support usage and integration into customer workflows and processes
* Conduct Account Reviews clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Identify opportunities to expand within client organizations in order to grow revenue
* Respond to and resolve user issues and questions
* 5-7years of experience in customer support roles
* Experience effectively utilizing a CRM
* Knowledge of internet communication protocols, preferred
* Polished and professional sales presentation skills
* Driven and self-sufficient with impeccable business ethics
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, individual contributors to C-level
* A passion for technology and the startup culture
